Went to every other phone shop before coming to this one, my only regret is that I left this shop last. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, easy to talk to and got my phone repaired. Unlike every other mobile repair shop they explained what actually had happened to my phone and said what they were going to do to fix it. If anything happens to my electronics in the future, I’m going to this shop first because now I know they’re legitimate and they get the job done. 10/10 👍

Unfortunately cracked the screen of my Samsung mobile. Samsung could not fix it for at least a couple of weeks so I tried Pocket Geek. They were polite and very helpful, explaining what the replacement process involved. They price matched Samsung; fortunately they even had the exact replacement screen in stock, so I popped over and had my phone fixed and working as new, all within a couple of hours. Excellent service.
