Please NEVER use this company. If I could post minus stars I would but had to post 1 star to be able to write the review. Their sales people are great but that lulls you into a false sense of security over the standard of their service; it's appalling. You get passed from one assistant to another as they obviously can't keep staff. Now having a decent accountant it’s clear they made a total mess of my accounts which has cost me a great deal of time and money to put right. After months of arguing with them they eventually paid me a refund but it doesn’t come close to the hassle it caused me. If you need an accountant get a local qualified one that you can sit down with face to face. It’ll be cheaper and easier and save you a lot of trouble in the long run. Reply to your comments Pocket As it seems there's no right of reply to whatever you post on google I'll add it here. A person whose responsibility it is to take calls regarding new customer enquiries to encourage them to take out a contract with you, and thereafter has no further contact with the client is a salesperson - you can call them whatever you like but that's what they are. Assistants didn't change their surname they were entirely different assistants! And I know because I spoke to each of them trying to get replies to my problems with you plus I have emails from you telling me that my assistant was replaced. And yes, you gave me a refund because it turned out you were trying to charge me for work you actually hadn't done - or are you forgetting I phoned HMRC to confirm this? And as to why it's taken me a year to write a review it's simple: my new accountant has just completed my company accounts and in doing so we realised what a terrible job you had done last year. Error after error that he has had to go back over to try and put right.
