It's an amazing store and the staff are always happy to help. Only reason my review loses a star is because online, it said the vintage V100 guitar was in stock, I came to the store to test one out before buying but it turns out they don't stock that brand. But apart from that I absolutely love the store!

Great big shop with a bit of everything. However it doesn’t feel particularly welcoming. Everything needs to be handled by staff but the whole staff was behind the till isle. Also, it doesn’t have a customer toilet, which when you travel from afar to visit is really annoying to ask to use the staff toilet.

Staff are always friendly, very helpful, and super patient. I take hours to make my mind up, and they're happy to let me try alternatives, sit by the amp and swap cables or pedals, fiddle with knobs while I keep playing, help my find the right tone. Highly recommend to all. Hope their catalogue grows bigger (as well as their online store).
