    I recently had a terrible experience at this store. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge about the instruments and items they are selling. They don't seem to have any real passion for music or helping customers. To make matters worse, the store policy did not allow for refunds, which is unacceptable. I purchased a few items for my acoustic drum and 2 of the items that was recommended did not fit my drum, and the staff refused to help me. It is clear that they only care about making a sale and have no interest in customer satisfaction. Overall, I would strongly advise against shopping at this store. Their lack of professionalism and knowledge, coupled with their strict no-refund policy, make for a terrible shopping experience. There are plenty of other music stores that will treat you with respect and provide excellent customer service, so steer clear of this one.
