Really bad experience. Ordered a smallish order, under 5 items, under £1000. Was told it would ALL arrive on Monday, perfect. Booked time off to get set up and to play, Monday afternoon comes and nothing, no email, phone call, text from DHL, so I call PMT as all the items said they were available and in stock at the time of purchase. One item out of stock. Doesn't say how long until available but I'm told they will split my order, so should get the rest Tuesday, out of stock synth whenever. Tuesday comes, nothing. Call them Wednesday.....apparently I spoke to a new starter who made some serious mistakes. Due to me using V12 Finance they can't split the order. He failed to mention the item wouldn't be in stock for minimum 3 weeks, up to 5weeks?! So I had to call them and chase them or PMT would have left me up to 5 weeks without any of my items. Booked a week off for nothing then. Stuart on the phone was ok, gave me options like swap items out etc...tried to do price match on 2 items, which was comical. Best they could do was 27% more expensive on one item and 23% on the other, they couldn't price match or even reduce close to it. Luckily I could cancel the order completely, that's the only good thing that came out of this. Monumental mess up, they were going to chuck in some cables and a mic stand if I waited for 3-5 weeks, I honestly believe they should have still sent me them even when I cancelled, due to their staffs lack of knowledge of how they operate I wasted some of my annual leave. At the end of the call when I cancelled the order Stuart started saying something 'right well next time, in the future.....' so I thought ok, here's a voucher or discount code or something.....erm, no... He said although not ideal, next time I should call up first to see if they have the items in stock, even if it says in stock on the website, to make sure nothing like this happens again! Unbelievable! That won't be an issue as I won't be ordering from them again. I ordered from Anderton's instead which arrived this morning, 17% cheaper for the same goods, in stock, same finance available. I do not need a reply to this comment, by commenting on this you would simply be going over the same excuses and not addressing the issues which are staff training and issues with stock count on your website. Just try to keep your customers informed at every stage and try to fix issues in a timely and conscientious manner.

I would strongly recommend avoiding the services of PMT...I ordered from PMT last year and was lied to by the staff and sent the wrong order...When I contacted them I was lied to again...They were very arrogant...
