What a wonderful establishment! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Big smiles and very engaging. My experience of buying an amp, mic and performance gear from PMT, Cambridge was fantastic. Jack was particularly helpful and personable. He explained everything in user friendly terms and went out of his way to make the ‘demo’ trial of amp and mic as comfortable and fun as possible. I commend this store, highly, and I will certainly be revisiting this brilliant place. There was such an upbeat dynamic amongst the staff!

Recent purchase of a fender strat (player) Really relaxed environment, as a bit of an amateur compared to some felt welcomed and not laughed at when asking probably stupid questions! The guitars were sold at the web price not what is printed on the tag which is great ! I almost walked out with a colour I didn’t like but the lad checked different stock and actually found a lovely white in stock but not on show. Really decent bunch and I got the feeling that they wanted to show off more but didn’t have the stock ? That’s not their fault rather the supplier . Worth buying from them- genuine and even set the guitar up for me in less than an hour at no extra cost. Cheers chaps.
