Would prefer to give no stars! Currently been waiting for PMS to fix a hole in the roof. Survey done 13th Feb proved roof problems were causing water ingress. PMS did nothing. 1st April water pours through my tenants ceiling. PMS still haven’t done anything. They even lied to the Property Redress Scheme that I installed the slope vent that caused the leak and then had to rescind. They’ve refused to give me details of the directors of the RMC, failed to give me a copy of the accounts and failed to repair the roof. I’ve had two years of delays, failure to upkeep gutters and roof space resulting in multiple cases of water ingress to my property, failure to respond to emails and now I’m left with an unsaleable and unrentable flat. In my opinion anyone would to be mad to have PMS manage their property. Something doesn’t smell right to me.

They do not return calls which is not very professional at all. Since the departure of Grant, the property manager who was responsible for the building I live at, things have definitely gone downhill. I do have to add there are still some very supportive people who work at PMS (Sharon for instance who always takes my calls promptly and tries her best to assist). The same cannot be said however for those in positions of responsibility within this organisation.
