Have been waiting over a month for a refund on faulty items. Absolutely criminal behaviour and in no way would recommend. In reply, we had radio silence for a month. The items are not damaged and they were sent out incomplete. The box had writing on. THAT. IS. ALL. I get an email then a barrage of calls when I'm busy. I respond in MY time and you play helpless. Never dealt with such a supplier

Even knowing that he could not confirm a sale, as It turned out I would not be buying the accessory we were looking for, he still spent time trying to help me sort the issue I was experiencing even though it was not directly or indirectly connected to a purchase from PMC Telecom.
