  The work done by Marek and Natalia is outstanding. We had all the sash windows replaced with double glazing, the window casements restored and two sets of french doors with windows replaced. The original style and features have been kept and the finish is immaculate. Marek understood the style of the Victorian terraced house and our want to keep the feel of the house as it is, showing us work he had done to similar properties in the area. Marek is reliable, quick to respond to any questions we emailed in the lead up and incredibly hard working. There were no problems, no delays, and the quality of the materials is evident. The entire house has been brought back to life, suddenly so fresh and bright, and we can't wait to feel the effects of this new insulation in the winter. On top of their professionalism, and on a personal note, Marek and Natalia are wonderful, lovely people to have around. When I first emailed Marek enquiring about his services, he visited the house for a chat so he could see what needed to be done, show us the work he had done elsewhere, and answer all our questions. When you meet him, you will see why I, and the others before me, have taken the time to write an excellent review because it is so, so deserved. When Marek came to start work on the house, my mum said, "Well, it's just like seeing an old friend".

  I am very happy with the look and finish of my new wooden sash windows (boxes restored and new double glazed windows installed). Marek and Natalia worked hard and were professional and courteous whilst working in my flat and Marek was easy to deal with in the run up, eg in getting the fee quote, agreeing it and arranging the dates to do the work. Marek said in November the work would happen in mid March and that’s when the work happened. I would highly recommend PM Sash Windows! Thank you!

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Marek and Natalia. Prompt, trustworthy and excellent attention to detail - we could not recommend them enough. They did an amazing job with our windows. We started off with our two bay windows (refurb and replacement) but after seeing the quality of their work, they have since refurbed a few more throughout the house.   When it comes to spending money on windows rather than a lovely holiday - people might save on the windows for a holiday upgrade - all I can say is - Don't do it - Remember the Winter ! Spend the money on quality that is going to last for years - PM Sash WIndows is OUTSTANDING quality. Marek is a great guy who is passionate about his windows - and this shows - if anyone will help you decide that quality matters he is the man - and now I'm warm in my house - with beautiful windows - that are double - glazed to the INSURERS and Council specification - guaranteed for a minimum of five years. Sadly it's a rare an experience to encounter a true professional that makes it a pleasure from start to finish - their fit out was fast, efficient, and above all TIDY - they left the place cleaner than when they started. They are A great team and I RECOMMEND THEM 100%.

  Absolutely brilliant. Marek is very friendly and professional. Marek and Natalia have done a truly spectacular job replacing all the original Victorian sash windows with double glazed Victorian Style windows. They are have been reliable and hardworking throughout the whole job, finishing on time as promised. I am so pleased and would certainly use Marek again and happy to recommend him to all.

  Marek and Natalya did an absolutely amazing job restoring and replacing 7 sash windows in my flat and restoring and painting the original front door. I really couldn't have asked for a better result, the windows and door look fantastic! They were very reliable and efficient, extremely hardworking, super clean and tidy and a pleasure to have around. I worked from home throughout the works which wasn't a problem at all. My flat is lovely and cosy now, just in time for winter! Without a doubt I would 110% recommend them - thanks very much Marek and Natalya!

  Amazing restoration of 6 sash windows that had deteriorated considerably over the years. Previous owners of the property had either chosen a slap and dash repair job or had been taken in by a window cowboy as it was clear shortcuts had been taken to cover up damage. Having being visited by numerous ‘sash window specialists’ it was clear that Marek’s knowledge and attention to detail were head and shoulders above his competition. Marek was the last I met with and had been recommended directly to me. His commitment to delivering an excellent service and a finished product to match was evident throughout the process and I would highly recommend PM Sash Windows to anyone looking for a specialist they can trust without worrying.
