This company gives a brilliant service! So I am offering this review as a way of saying thank you. The granite top of our breakfast bar came loose, after more than five years of daily use. When I contacted Plymouth Stone to enquire if they could refix it, I was told they guarantee their work for life and will arrange for someone to come and refit it at no further charge. Their fitter arrived as promised and carried out the work with great care - so we no longer need to worry about anyone leaning on it and tipping it over.

We are so glad we chose Plymouth Stone to supply and fit our "Star Galaxy" granite worktops, upstands and splashback. From the initial visit to their store, choosing the worktop and fitting it all went perfectly. All dates were met without delay, installation was very well done, and the splashback was perfectly cut to match our extractor hood. We highly recommend this excellent company.

Plymouth Stone fitted out kitchen and bathroom worktops nearly 2 years ago. The help and advice in choosing which stone (both different granite) was great, the price very reasonable, the templating and fitting meticulous. There was a slight delay as our slab was damaged in transit but don't believe that was the fault of Plymouth Stone or avoidable. After sales good with a free calll out to repair a slight problem 6 months later. Still looks as good today as it did 2 years ago

Didn't call back with quote for worktop in the promised timescale so revisited the shop a week later only to get a quote 3 times more expensive than other suppliers despite them stating that they would supply at a 'good price' as it would be from an offcut in their yard which has effectively been paid for by another customer. Waste of my time. Beware could be yours.
