I went to a presentation and it looked very dated but OK, the barman was a pleasant fella, but the drinks were expensive and they would only sell pils on draught or you had to buy over priced bottles.

Great fun for the kids at a party they were invited to, but food was shocking (hard burger bun).

We did the toboggan and slides and value for money was very poor, not worth it at all. Not surprised there weren’t many people. We were in and out in an hour!

We have visited the Snowsports centre many times over the years and have always had a great day with the children. This is why we took my youngest along with his friends for a birthday visit. Unfortunately it went a bit wrong as soon as we arrived. The lady on the desk was rude and unfriendly to start us off. We headed down to snow tube and the lady who was supervising the session didn't appear until 3.05pm (I appreciate its only 5 mins but when the whole session is 30 mins then its more significant). At 3.26pm the boys were told that they had to put their tubes away. My friend pointed out that this was cutting the session short so they were allowed one last run - even then they were off the slope by 3.30pm. We then went over to the toboggan run where one of the boys ended up in a toboggan that wouldn't run properly and caused a 4 person jam on the run. This put a couple of them off participating and the lady was really unhelpful around this issue. All in all I wouldn't bother again - I came home and sent some feedback to the centre but, like with the rest of the day, it hasn't been acknowledged.
