    I train with PSA every week, very welcoming experience and an absolute pleasure to train with! The sensi Tim, sensi Phil and sensi Dave are very good and very understanding along with the other sensi's that are there with you every step of the way giving great advice and encouragement! I work in security and after learning aikido I am a lot more confident in my job. I can't recommend PSA enough! Come along, make new friends and learn a great life skill and get fit!! :-)
