    If I could rate the service I received when registering the death of my mother any lower than I would. I have left it a few weeks before reviewing so I could reflect on the experience and not be overly influenced by emotion. However 6 weeks on the memory of her rude, non- caring and abrasive manner still upsets me. As a large part of a registrar’s job is dealing with the newly bereaved I would have thought that a little compassion would be in order. This was totally lacking. I hope someone from the registry office takes note of my review so that other people do not have to have such a horrible experience as I did.
