    If I could give them no stars I would. I have never dealt with such an awful company. I was without heating for 6 weeks throughout the cold period. There was very little communication. So much went wrong, I don't even know where to start. The engineer didn't turn up, he wrote down the wrong serial number when he did turn up which led to plusheat condemning my 7 year old boiler!!! I had to speak to one person after another who really did not help me. In the end I spoke to the manager and complained and finally they sent out someone from Viessmann. It was an absolute nightmare. I am now trying to cancel my policy but for some reason it still hasn't been done!! Please please don't waste your money on this awful company!

    @PlusHeatUK Absolutely appalling service from this company. Totally recommend to stay away from #plusheat .Waiting for 8 days for a home #emergency to be looked at. Suggest to use #britishgas #homecare instead. I will be moving away my last 2 remaining from Plus Heat back to British Gas.

    Have been using Plus Heat for 2 years, last year was fine, but this year has been terrible so far. We have had appointments cancelled, missed, an attempt to charge £195 for extras, brackets broken and the boiler left with the control panel hanging off. Going for the cheapest price is not always the right move.

    These people are nothing but glorified thieves, paid 6 months then required boiler assistance, at point of sale they were aware boiler was 13 years old and at now point did they say that any repair over 15% of their valuation of your boiler meant they wouldn’t repair it, so basically a £160 fan would not be replaced as the Labour was a further £220 meaning the total job price would be over their allowed amount. This means a boiler over 10 years old will probably be deemed beyond economic repair just from Labour charges alone!!!! This is the reply which took 4 days to get. An absolute joke of a company PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THESE THIEVES!!!! As requested I have included information in regards to the outcome of your boiler breakdown below. The engineer has advised that the fan requires replacement, until this is replaced they will not know for sure if further parts are required, it is possible that only the fan is required. Due to the age of the boiler being 14 years old as confirmed by the manufacture, and the cost of repairs we have deemed this boiler beyond economical repair based on the formula within your terms & condition below; 5.9 Beyond Economic Repair (BER): Beyond Economical Repair (BER): Upon making a claim, the total cost of parts and labour (including VAT) required to repair the boiler will be determined by us using reputable suppliers. If this cost exceeds the percentage below (based on your boilers age) of the manufacturer’s current retail price (or if this is not available, the average current retail price available through leading UK suppliers) for a boiler of the same or similar make and model to your boiler or the then current version of your boiler, it will be deemed to be BER. ... 1-5 years old - 60% ... 6-9 years old - 40% ... 10-14 years old - 15% (your boiler age bracket) ... 15+ years old - 7.5% You also requested a full refund of any and all premiums paid which is is not possible as the services have been used. I can appreciate it is not the outcome you would have wanted, the options available to you via Plus Heat are to pay for the quoted repairs or replace the boiler entirely.     STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Scccccaaaaammmmmmeeeerrrrrrrr You pay monthly to be covered on your boiler but when your boiler breaks down they will take their time coming out and then make any excuse not to fix it. I had full cover on my boiler and parts, when my PCB was not working on the boiler they made their excuses not to replace it and then they had the nerves to increase my monthly payment what a joke. I cancelled My DD straight way they ain't getting a penny out of me. Shocking!!!!

    Plus Heat used to be a really good professional efficient service once upon and importantly reliable. Now when you ask for a simple thing like a copy of a service report or for them to attend where there is an uncontrollable water leak they expect you to wait several days before this is dealt with. We are no longer now in the heart of winter either! They need to remember they are actually being paid for their services by customers. I'd be best just putting money in a jar each month rather than remaining with them. I will be looking for a new central heating maintenance service closer to my renewal period as my latest experience I would deem appalling. Staff on the phones are incompetent and do not listen or care. But then still have the audacity at the end of the conversation to ask you to leave them a 5 star review! The old saying you pay peanuts comes to mind. Really dreadful service.

    Very unprofessional, they never turn up on time or even on the sane appointed day. Every time I call for any services, they says this is not cover. I had a water leak from the sink as I have plumbing insurance and when the plumber arraigned, he turned the water off without fixing it and report to the office that job has been completed.

    Don't use them , they will eat your Money for nothing. I am paying £19 every month, when I asked for our boiler issue they ask me to pay £49 in addition + £772 addition money for repair.
