I can not thank plush Couture enough. I had a bad experience with another bride shop in Essex and was left deverstated 10 days before my wedding with my dress hacked to bits . I called plush couture and the owner was so helpful she didn't hesitate one bit and had me in the shop with there seamless and to cut the story long my dress now is absolutely beautiful I can't believe how amazing it looks now đ not only that I felt so at ease in there i was made to feel so special. Just amazing I'm so excited now to wear my dress

Shockingly rude customer service. I was told I wasnât allowed an appointment because my wedding was too far away (slightly over a year away) and my dress wouldnât be âin seasonâ. I just wanted to buy my dress early, I really donât mind about seasons. Surely it should be my choice when I buy a dress rather than when they âallowâ me to. Also there was literally a free appointment that no one else had taken on the day I asked for (literally the next day), so I donât see the problem of buying my dress slightly early if no other bride required the day. I explained I wanted to go shopping a bit early because Iâll be spending precious time buying a dress with my mum since her mum passed away just days ago, to take her mind off of things. Server didnât care and told me Iâm still not getting an appointment and said goodbye and put the phone down. Incredibly rude and heartless, donât waste your money or precious time here.

During the course of buying my daughter's wedding dress we visited many shops, including a high end one in Regent's Street, but the service we had from Plush Couture was the best. The staff are very welcoming and friendly which is what nervous brides need. Nothing was too much trouble. Our requests for the alterations were interpreted perfectly and the adjustment were immaculate. I highly recommend this place.

The best experience by far. My 4th shop, tried on over 30+ dresses and finally found the one at Plush Couture .Great selection of all types of dresses and within everyone's budget with a huge plus! Maria and Donna was attentive, professional, knowledgeable and funny. I let her know exactly what i DIDNT want and she followed my direction. She made some lovely suggestions to improve my selection and I couldn't be more happier. The dress I chose was in the clearance section, is simple but a classic sleek look and I loved the experience. We became friends over the past few months and the ladies altered my dress several times as well as my Mums and bridesmaid.
