I needed something for work ASAP after my local supplier was out of stock and contacted by email to enquire about quickest dispatch and shipping. My email was replied to very quickly by Sophie who also checked physical stock amounts for me. My order was dispatched that afternoon and with Royal Mail 24 came by 1pm the next day. Great service and really helped us out in a pinch

Ordered through Amazon market place on 19th March. Tracking shows dispatched through Evri on 20th March status not changed since 21st March. Claimed refund apparently have to wait until 13th April in case it turns up,they know I no longer require it. Bought from elsewhere, no longer need it,it's a spool of thread. Pleading with me to be patient as they are "small business",also claiming high volume of parcels!!My rights as a customer are clearly low priority . Please consider carefully before ordering from them, it's a small value order , but it's clear if there is an issue they have poor regard for customer
