Absolutely top class service and welcome. Lovely ladies, couldn't do enough for me and my senior parents. We wanted to sit in the sun and the lady had to put the umbrella up, she went to great lengths and we were grateful as my Dad had forgotten his sun hat. We couldn't eat because the kitchen was temporarily closed, but I'm sure we'll be back some time this summer to enjoy a meal, even the crisps we had were lovely! 😁 Beautiful, beautiful, location, lovely in every way. Thank you to all.

Run by a great couple who deserve to do really well. Breakfasts were fantastic. Location is idyllic, such a friendly atmosphere. We are biased though as they are good friends. Food & drinks: Good selection of well kept ales and as soon as they replace the chef I suspect the food will be great too.

Lovely country pub. Incredibly friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. Sunday lunch was great from all locally sourced ingredients. The kids loved the Shepherds pie and, Sausages and mash. The price was extremely reasonable for the Hampshire area and the sticky toffee pud was fantastic. Most importantly for a Yorkshireman the beer is well looked after and is a great pint.

Went with the family for Sunday dinner, roast was delicious and very generous. My daughter had the shepherds pie and loved it (it was cheese topped). Puddings were yummy too, fruit crumble, sticky toffee pudding, forest fruit cheesecake and chocolate brownie. Lovely pub in a pretty location.
