The wrong tap (TM186) was sent and the tap I wanted (TM188) and paid for was not available from their trusted suppliers. So why advertise it on the web site? Took three days to even a arrange pick up and of course still waiting for a refund.

I have ordered a All Bathroom accessories from Plumbing World last year 2022 and I am very much disappointed with the products. The quality of the product and the material is very poor. It is not as per my expectation. The accessories are too heavy and it is own weight affects the fixing especially on Gypsum board! This is not the first time I am buying bathroom accessories. Though it never happened to me, I am experiencing this type of inconvenience for the first time.

Not surprised at all after reading other reviews. Awful customer service, accuse you not at home to receive the item but then realise they didn’t have the item in stock. 10% handling fee for cancelling an item is disgraceful consider each item is over £1000.

Ordered a shower tray over. a week ago, they confirmed in stock and delivery day and took money. The day before they call and say it's not in stock. Customer Service not bothered. Offered me a totally unsuitable replacement and wanted me to pay extra for items I didn't want. Dreadful service. Don't use this company. They don't care at all about the customer. They have no idea what stock they have . Go elsewhere

They supplied us with a shower tray which had a dip in it, totally unacceptable. This was obviously only noticeable after our bathroom fitter has installed our bathroom. No offer of refund or voucher, they will simply throw the book at you. Good luck with any sort of return of any product, they are not in the customer care business, they will take your money then throw their T&cs book at you. AVOID

Poor company. Click and collect is not accurate items were not in stocks and the communication was appalling. They take forever to return emails. The return policy is a joke. They take a percentage of what you bought and don't issue your refund straight away. Days later they did it and I'm still waiting for the money to go back in my account. Badly run and I do not recommend.
