Went to Plumbers Mate ready to buy a replacement diverter for my bath shower mixer but was told that since my taps (from Vado) were still under guarantee, even after 6 years, I should contact them directly. So I did and Vado sent a free replacement diverter which saved me over £30.

Used this company to get a new bathroom suite. It was nice to have a more personal service from a smaller company rather than the rush in rush out of a larger multi chain company. The staff were very pleasant to talk to. Found the prices competitive for the quality of the product they supply. (i did shop around quite a lot) Would use again next time i need something.

Please be aware of this company, they ripped of our plumber , he got the materials for us (new bathroom) and this is a sample of some other their prices... 1 length 15mm JG Pipe £5.87 should be £2.50 50 JG Inserts £22.50 should be £8.00 The list went on and on, over double what it should be . Lesson learned. Went to speak to him, and the obese guy in the back has to be the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Not a plumbers merchants, rip off merchants. James
