Excellent service from the guys at Plumbcall. I went in shortly before they closed on Saturday, as a DIYer I didn’t really have a clue what I was doing or what I needed to fix the push button on my toilet, they were able to identify the issues I had, make some suggestions as to alternative solutions and provided me with the part as well as what I needed to do to fit it (it fitted and worked perfectly, thanks guys). Clearly knowledgeable and very friendly. Will be returning here rather than B&Q in the future for sure.

I was recommended Plumbcall by a friend and they have been such a pleasure to do business with. Sam, Mark, Luke, Gary and all the staff go out of their way to help and are so knowledgeable, polite, helpful and professional from the moment you walk into the store to day the items are delivered. Would definitely recommend this branch and there’s plenty of parking outside. Free coffee too!
