I ordered two Drayto RT313 TRV packs.. What turned up? Two Drayton RT212 TRV packs. Unfortunately my plumber fitted them as my wife handed them on. So wrote and complained to Plumbbox TWICE! No anwser!! I begged them to phone me.. Nothing! I tried phoning them on their 0330 number which is now not in service.. So great got the wrong parts fitted and cant get through. Very Very disappointed!
