I needed to find some parts for a leaky tap and popped in to pick a couple of cartridges up. Sean asked if Iād tried to contact the company directly as I was still under warranty. A few emails later and they (Roper Rhodes) are sending out two replacements free of charge. Thanks for the tip plumbase Basildon.

It's surprising of late to expect or receive great customer service at these sort of places. But I was surprised and impressed by Plumbase in Basildon and in particular the help I received from Sarah on the front desk. Sarah appeared to know about plumbing products (more than we did anyway!) and had a smile and can-do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble - she even cut the copper and waste pipes for us! And happily refunded an uneeded item when we inevitably had to go back for more items the next day! So thankyou to Sarah and the rest of the team at Plumbase - shopping at your establishment was a joy - thank you!
