This was our first venture into the sphere of home improvements and we were quite nervous & cautious about taking this step for a completely new bathroom. Having read reviews about Plumb Yorkshire Ltd, we decided to take the plunge! On first meeting Andy, the signs were positive. He understood what our requirements were and made positive suggestions as to how our plans could be achieved. Prompt plans and estimates reassured us that Andy had a firm grasp of the situation. The whole manner of the first meeting confirmed a friendly but very professional attitude. These traits were continued by all of Andy’s team. The work was started on schedule, which during Covid times was in itself a massive achievement. To a man, the team were friendly, considerate, understanding and professional. All work undertaken was completed to a high standard and everything was well prepared and all was cleaned up afterwards. The work schedule was very well organised and slotted together like a jigsaw. Workers came & went with no gaps in the proceedings.........all choreographed by Andy! We now have the bathroom of our dreams. All credit goes to the hardworking team and especially to Andy for his excellent organisation & his continued strive for excellence. We have no hesitation in recommending this great team of workers. We got in touch with Andy after seeing the job his team had done on a friend's bathroom. From the start, Andy has been very easy to communicate and work with. We had some complex problems in our bathroom which Andy has done a great job of steering his team through. We also found Andy very flexible in terms of allowing us to design certain elements while being able to guide us through sections we weren't sure of. Andy's employees have all worked very hard and been a pleasure to have in the house. We're delighted with the excellent finish and won't hesitate to contact Andy next time we are due to upgrade a bathroom.

Andy and his Son replaced a faulty toilet in our bathroom (not originally installed by Plumb Plumbing). I hardly knew they were here they were so efficient. They did a first class job, were clean and tidy and, above all, were extremely friendly and courteous. I can't recommend them highly enough.
