Had some issues with a bathroom with a macerator toilet and had a few plumbers come to look but none of them knew how to fix it. Plumb London got in touch after advertising the job on rated people and they scheduled someone to come the next day. Billy arrived on time and assessed that the issue was to do with a blockage and wasted no time sorting it out! I was a bit apprehensive with the hourly rate and was worried it would easily clock up however he was very efficient and the overall price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him and the company for their great friendly service!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Firstly they charge you £108 to come over and quote, which is absurd when they stay 5min in your house. Then they quoted us £420 for the works described in the title. We accepted it and could not regret it more - our wallpaper in the bathroom was completely damaged and we have since been trying to get a partial refund (£108) to cover for the damage they've done. They are unreasonable and very dishonest. Service: Toilet installation
