Booked a boiler technician from their online directory who condemned my 6yr old boiler as unfit and offered me a replacement for £3k. I got another technician who found that the condensate drain under the kitchen sink was blocked. He cleaned it up and it's working like a clock since. There is nothing wrong with the boiler itself. I notified Plumb4less they didn't care to respond or follow up. If you expect that they would endorse the standards of care and practice of their practitioners, they don't. You don't know who you are getting. They are just a booking platform. Any scammer with a licence can be there.

Ordered three items, two not in stock, agreed to wait for them, received a wrong item. Called once, emailed 14 times to be able to get a refund. The refund was done in four parts each time I had to remind. Very very poor customer service from a Steve. Shameful. Please take your business elsewhere
