The whole experience, from start to finish, was top quality. We were invited to look around the showroom and all our questions were answered. Installation was arranged and the fitter, Danny, was on time, arriving every day until our amazing bathrooms were completed. All staff that we interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful. I worked from home throughout and built up a good rapport with Danny, who was careful, courteous and he ensured that all his work was completed to perfection. He's quite possibly the best trades person I have experienced and is a credit to Plum-Mex. I've run my own business for 13 years and been in property for over 20 years and in my experience it can be a rare occurrence for major works like extensions, kitchens and bathrooms to happen without a hitch. However, that was our experience with Plum-mex. Our bathrooms were finished on time, by courteous and prompt fitters and to the exact amount quoted.
