Plum Kitchens designed a beautiful new kitchen in a space that I thought would need extending in order to fit a breakfast bar and all the other things I was hoping for. They removed most of the wall cupboards which has really opened up the space and despite this, I have more storage space than before and a stunning peninsular where I can sit and admire my garden. The space is so much better utilised and the kitchen appears a lot bigger despite not having been extended. Their kitchen fitter and electrician were superb and worked exceptionally hard. We wanted a new utility room built into our garage, which involved putting a door in the back of the house. Then we wanted one and a half partition walls removed from our old kitchen to make it bigger, and the kitchen redesigned and fitted. After several quotes we found Plum Kitchens. It's hard to describe how good this company are and sound credible. They're a building company so they covered every aspect of the job from ensuring we obtained the proper building regs, through the build of the new utility, all the plastering, electrics, plumbing, everything. We thought it was an expensive quote, but the company owner promised that we would see every penny of value, and we certainly did. For example, we didn't realise they would re-plaster the entire kitchen before fitting it, which avoided a huge problem with had with our other house. Were there hitches, of course there were it was a big job, but they were solved instantly, without question, and to our satisfaction. The design is nothing short of brilliant, the kitchen is the most workable kitchen we've ever had. We had a problem with the new dishwasher inside a couple of days, we weren't treated to their satisfaction by the suppliers, so they delivered a brand new one 24 hours later and they're sorting the rest out. Most importantly, one of the owners was on site and oversaw the entire build, so there was no passing us from pillar to post on any occasion, we knew exactly who to talk to. Well worth talking to.
