Walked to the surgery in the snow to pickup prescription a 73year old the muslim girl with the scarf shouted saying there is no prescription here walked away from the desk The other new receptionist walked to the desk handed the prescription The point of these asian receptionists????

This is NOT my doctors but I had to attend this morning @ 10.50 From when you walk through the doors you are greeted by a loverly receptionist (sorry don’t know her name) very friendly place. Dr Rishi what a GREAT dr very informative & I’ve never had a dr apologising for causing me pain. BRILL from start to finish❤️

I would give it NO stars if i could..!! I really dont know how this surgery is still up and running with the discusting attitude you get off the receptionist... Specifically JAVERIA.... No manners and very rude attitude... There is a REASON why people go to the doctors Surgery ( Not just for fun ) and to get treated badly from them..!! Its discusting..!! I shall be taking this further... No way i will accept that kind of behaviour..!! Learn some manners and learn how to speak to people..!!

My family has been registered at this surgery for over 30 years . Never have I experienced or seen this type of attitude and horrible attitude towards people and patients who are stressed or unwell . Staff are not sympathetic or helpful . It’s a shame as some older staff are still courteous and understanding and these type of new staff are putting the Service down . Customer service is a must in surgeries as people can be in stressful situations and this type of attitude does not help . My daughter does not want to come back and be seen because of the staff who did not even want to know why she needed an emergency appt . J you need proper customer training or recap your previous training you might have done . Thanks alot for the member of staff who listened and took our views on board .

The receptionists at this surgery are absolutely disgraceful, rude and obnoxious and have no empathy whatsoever. This surgery has made it almost impossible for a face to face appointment with a gp. What an absolute disgrace. The receptionists are argumentative and have no respect whatsoever and think it’s acceptable to cut the phone off. Disgusting service.

This “health centre” should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!!! The receptionist are behaving like they have medical degree. Every single month I have the same issues with my mothers high blood pressure medication when she is in massive risk of a stroke! I am disgusted with this place as it is not running as it should be. There is this one receptionist which is extremely rude and she has raised her voice at me fair few times. I will be making a formal complaint as the incompetence of the staff working there amazes me daily…. It would be an amazing comedy club to be honest not a GP…. Disgusting place! Avoid if you can!
