A big thank you to all the staff, especially Jo who did everything she could to keep me informed of the issues with my Mercedes van that had broken down and been recovered to York. I was very impressed with how quickly the phone was answered by Jo every time I constantly called and how friendly, genuine and polite Jo, Emma, Thomas and all the staff I spoke to were, as I was very anxious. Everything I requested was done without delay and followed up with emails and I was reassured that my vehicle was in capable hands at York. We had previously used Northside to service our vehicles (2-3 years ago), but we were dissatisfied with the unfriendly customer service and the slow turnaround, which cost our company money. We recently (November 2022) decided to give them another shot due to an unexpected issue with our van (Mercedes-Benz - Northside Truck and Van - York). I was pleasantly surprised by how they changed their business strategy to better serve their customers. When I arrived, Garvin greeted me and offered to assist me in any way he could. Every promise was kept, and we have decided to return and service all of our vans at the Mercedes dealership in York.
