    We hired the Baby Shark package at very late notice 5 days before our son's birthday. Jamie and his team were nothing but brilliant - professional, tidy, polite, and so very accommodating. We had miscommunicated between myself and my wife and so had not confirmed with our original supplier. Thank goodness a friend had used Playdays Parties twice before and told us to contact them, when the original supplier cancelled. Was so easy and a great service, and all at very late notice. We had a brilliant party and our son and his friends really enjoyed the inflatable entertainment - definitely a 5 star booking!

    Absolutely amazing company, helped us last minute when we had a cancellation from another party (I’m talking 48hrs) could not have been more helpful. The soft play set was immaculate and the staff who set it up and took it down was so friendly too. The owner is lovely as well. Will recommend to all. Thank you again Playdays. You saved a party x

    Highly recommend playdays parties, sadly my outdoor booking was cancelled yesterday due to high wind gusts, Jamie had informed me the day before of the forecast for higher wind gusts and that they may be a chance it might not go ahead. The final decision was made on Saturday morning and between myself & Jamie we managed to find a hall not to far away that I was able to have the castle in, thankfully with Jamie’s help and his flexibility with the change of timings the party was still able to go ahead and I had one very happy little boy. Thanks again for putting the safety of the children’s first and I will most definitely book again next year.

    WILL NOT USE AGAIN CANCELLED ON THE DAY VERY PEDANTIC Im following up on yesterday booking of the super disco dome. I'll start by stating, the kids health and saftey will always be my first priority. However, it was completely unacceptable to call and cancel on the very morning of the party. You gave me no time to make other arrangements. The rules you imposed yesterday regarding the weather were truly disappointing and unreasonable. Assessing the weather yesterday, we could not comprehend how a large inflatable, held down with sand bags, could cause health and safety risks. In our area specifically, there was not a drop of rain all day, and the winds could not be catergorised as 'strong'. There was no chance of the dome being blown away or swayed. Weighing up the weather with the repercussions of not having the disco dome was very important, it is here that you horribly failed. By taking that decison you genuinely ruined what was supposed to be a brilliant birthday. I can not tell you how disappointing this was. For us and our 6 year old and all her friends. Had there been terraintial rain, or strong winds, I would have no doubt in cancelling. But it just was not the case. The children were out playing in the garden, it was sunny, a great day to have had the bouncy castle out there. When booking the disco dome it was also NOT made very clear about the weather terms. You need to be extremely clear about the advised winds and volume of rain that would determine a cancellation. I would have looked out for these and at least made other arrangements. We chose the disco dome as it is enclosed and could still be fun even if there did happen to be a bit of rain or winds. This was an epic disaster thanks to your short notice and terrible judge of risk assessment. The alternative solution did not work well, was too noisey and used up the space indoors we packed it up after 20 minutes. Price we still paid was completely unreasonable. Not happy at all.
