I reached out to customer service via email 6 days ago and haven't received any reply. Their website says they offer free returns but you have to contact their Customer Service team by email to get a label. I also tried calling the number on their website and it immediately goes to voicemail. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. Rating 2* because the item I ordered did arrive, but it's a poor experience if you need to return anything or have a customer service inquiry.
