Had a lovely morning here today. All very clean and well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of food and drink. Little one thoroughly enjoyed it and not too busy so he could play with everything he wanted. Would recommend a visit.

I’ve visited Play-tropolis on multiple occasions and we are never disappointed. This play is fab! My daughter absolutely loves it! There’s so much for them to do and explore in a safe and clean environment. It’s a great size with plenty of space for them to play. I love the fact I can sit down with a drink and can see my daughter without having to stand and follow her around, the layout is perfect. The staff are lovely and provide a great selection of food and drinks at the coffee shop. The toasties and coffees are always really good! I recently hired the venue for my daughters birthday party and from start to finish it was perfect. My daughter and all her friends had a great time and all the parents agreed how brilliant the place was. We had free run to decorate the party room and they put on a kid friendly grazing board which went down a treat. Thank you to the all the team! I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We visited today and so disappointed,the entrance looks beautiful and the idea is nice but the kids playing area is very dirty ,dress up costumes dirty ...I don't usually leave bad reviews,but I have been disappointed and disgusted to let my daughter touch anything in there The place looks so much bigger online than what u get once ur there and poor organised Coffee was good which was the only good thing about this place but instead our table was dirty as had all marks from coffee and food maybe from the people before us... Being we traveled more than 40mins to reach this place I won't be returning or recommending it to anyone ! They should don't make exceptions if kids are poorly and let them in and cough on all the toys as well which will make all the other kids poorly... To the owner of this place the only thing to do should be to keep the place more tidy as today for our session all clothes and toys were very dirty ... Thank you

We have been to Playtropolis a number of times and my son loves it. He loves the different areas especially the space rocket. It allows children to play different roles and encourage free play. Parents can sit and see their little ones whilst enjoying some lovely cake and a coffee. The sandwiches and paninis are also great value for money.
