    Don't I repeat don't book your kids birthday party here the staff were unorganised and unprofessional and extremely rude.the food was cold and basic you have to do everything with the kids yourself,I was told that my grandson and his party guests would be looked after and kept entertained whilst in the play area they wasn't his mum and his auntie and uncle had to do it all.they got no party bag at the end and you was rushed out as there was another party the kids at this time were still eating and mot to mention that there is no waiting area or seating outside.just a very busy main road.will never book here again and I certainly will not be recommending it to friends or family.

    Absolutely appalling service, three times I have now had to complaint to the manager and not once has there been a sincere apology. Disgusting attitude towards two autistic children, also asked to leave early before because they wanted to close early and turned away with at least 20 other customers who wanted to come in because they said it's not worth staying open due to lack of customers but when I asked the staff member she had already been turning away other customers. When I spoke to the manager I asked why she did not update her closing times online and the response was noone bothers to check it and she doesn't have to. SHOCKING SERVICE ! Left with a very upset little one and no apology with the way she shouted at another customer who asked why there service is so poor !

    Very disappointed with the lack of supervision from staff. Could not take our 1 yr old into the 1 to 2yr area as it had 7plus year olds jumping and throwing the equipment around in there. All the staff were at the counter chatting. Supervision needed as its unfair for paying customers who are too afraid to take their children or grandchildren in areas because of rowdyness
