Poor customer service. Been here a few times and enjoyed it. Booked to come again but our little one got chicken pox, emailed them with more than 48 hours notice as per their policy to rearrange, or if they could make an exception and allow a refund. But have had no response. Have called twice and reassure they will respond and they haven’t. Disappointing they are happy to take our money, but not to treat loyal customers well. We will not return to somewhere we once loved coming.

We went to Bakes. Makes. Creates, for my sisters 8th birthday, the staff there are so faultless, it’s a very comfortable place to be in and all the kids had the best time! I’d happily go every week!!
