As ex employee I wouldn't recommend working here management are all circle jerkers and don't listen to the staff on the ground actually making the products. They have a very high turnover of staff and it's not surprising, a lot of parts are from China so if your wanting British made then it's only the rail the rest is poor quality Chinese electrics assembled here

as employee, Decent place to work. Pay is good. Top lads about. Some days stressfull, some days slow and dull, but thats same everywhere ive worked at before. Plenty of progression, overtime available sometimes in some areas. Stock check is a blag though, too many item numbers with pointless annoying zeros. Haha yeh counted 250 user manuals other day. Got hefty bonus and dominoe pizza so well worth it. Am either dying here or getting the sack. God hope its the first haha well lets be real i aint retiring. A smoker who eats pizza daily. Lucky to reach 50 me.
