I recently purchased my second used car from Renault, I was looked after by salesman Alex, I can honestly say, nothing was a problem, Alex sorted everything, he went above and beyond making sure everything was ready and that the car was in its best condition for handover day. The car was valeted, full mot, the car itself was absolutely immaculate. Nothing was to much trouble and I know without a doubt that I will return for my third car! I honestly feel that if you want good service and good quality cars then you can’t go wrong at Renault Trowbridge.

I have had two visits recently; one for a service and another to replace front brakes advised from the service. Both visits were very good one providing a loan car and the second being driven home. The booking process and reception was very well organised and the staff polite and very helpful. The only improvement needed is the phone system - very difficult to phone in from outside.
