Super example of good customer practice. Had a strange issue on a battery 2 months out of warranty. Spoke to the Returns Manager, Ronnie. Very professional and sorted the issue right away. Guess where I'm buying my Batteries for the Landrover and Caravan next! AND local in Manchester . Do not buy cheap imported batteries!
