We were given a price we were very happy with, and the work was done straight away. He did an excellent job and we were very happy with the whole experience. The work was actually being done at my elderly mothers house, and the man was really friendly and immediately put my Mum at ease. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, it is refreshing to deal with people who do exactly what they say they will, dont invent extra work and, give straightforward honest advice and that you can feel completely comfortable to have on your home.

I read reviews for Platinum Glazing and thought they seemed too good to be true, but having been let down by another company we asked to replace a number of failed (misted) double glazed units, I contacted Platinum. Kerry responded to say that Martin woul be round in a couple of days to measure up for a quote. We needed the windows to be replaced promptly, as we are redecorating a bedroom and needed the window replacement to fit in with the plan. A very reasonable quote was issued the same day and we were quoted a couple of weeks for glass to arrive after accepting it. Kerry confirmed the glass arrived in two weeks and Martin and colleague arrived the next week to fit, as agreed. Martin and colleague were always polite and helpful. Overall a very impressive company. Thank you.
