I won’t recommend this guys(PFL) for anyone. Gave them a job to do LVT flooring to living room, staircase and the landing area. They took the order saying that max one week they can finish it and they do have a team of fitters and they do manage all the steps of the flooring and work along with the fitters. But after taking the orders it took 4 weeks for them to finish they did not have a team of fitters only an old man and his son but not a signal day they both worked. And I had to call every day to find out who is coming and if the fitter comes he works maximum around 3-3:30 hours and gone. Platinum-Flooring did not come to check the progress of the work or the quality I had to call them every time. And they have not ordered enough materials and to wait one week to fix the last length of strip to the staircase as they have not ordered enough in the first place. Fitters has not got right tools to do the job and Platinum Flooring Ltd, Talk well to take the order once you place the order they do not keep their word. If you have got the time to keep on chasing them to get the work done go ahead if not don't bother. Spent almost £4200 but the quality of work is so cheaply done.

Arranged a house measurement/ visit yesterday, asked me to call back if not heard from them to arrange time. I called them back as they did not contact me and they said they would come for 2pm following day- great! 2:30pm next day no communication what so ever about being late. I call the mobile and they apologise and promised to come before 3pm today. 3pm comes and still no one turns up, they then did not answer the phone when calling them several times on their mobile ( which seems as if they blocked me after I text to say I was cancelling as calls and message didn’t go through eventually) and the shop number just dialled out. Throughout the whole time they did not contact me once after I gave my contact details and address. Terrible customer service and won’t be recommending them to others!

We had the whole house done by platinum Floors and they did a fantastic job, fitters did a very good job with fitting and were really helpful as we had a lot of furniture in the property.
