My wedding was just one week ago today & I used Platinum Ace service for quite a few things; stage, dance floor, smoke machine & indoor fireworks. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Even when we were having difficulties with our venue to allow the smoke machine to take place. Plaintum Ace helped us to make sure we got to use this for our big day! These guys are the absolute best! Amazing customer service and flexibility! Me and my now Wife Heather worked with Platinum Ace Events for our dream wedding. They transformed my Grandads Church sports hall into what we can only imagine what heaven would be like! Absolutely incredible, the team were very professional, met every need of ours and so friendly! Despite PAE being busy with other events as they usually have constant bookings during the week they really catered to their customers. We had the draping, the all white flooring, the stage, the DJ booth, smoke machine (which is a dream!) and the 360 photo booth which was very very popular as our guests would not leave without having a go. Overall 10/10 experience and would highly recommend. Shoutout to Yaw, Gerald and Charles for making our dream wedding a reality. All the best guys. Heather and Jeff x
