    Honestly the worst organisation I’ve ever had to deal with. They arrange appointments and don’t turn up and also don’t let you know. They DO NOT deal with antisocial behaviour, they will literally keep shutting you down so that you drop it. They’re absolute cowards. Tenancy agreement May as well be null as the antisocial section seems to not apply to my neighbours?! They DO NOT get back to you, so then you spend hours and I’m not exaggerating, I mean hours on the phone trying to get through to the call centre. If you want to speak to someone specific, you have to book an appointment literally weeks in advance and guess what, they never call! Or if they do, it’s on a day that was not mutual and then you start the call centre process again 🙃 I’ve had no neighbourhood officer basically since I moved in, so no one deals with your issues. I know times are hard when it comes to renting but please rent from another HG if you can!

    Every single time I call platform it says I’m que number 31 and so on, been on the phone to them a hour since 4 and now Iv been on que number 5 for the last 15 minutes this is their way of fobbing me off can never get through to none of them and don’t bother replying saying give us a call between these times because this is what my issue is about! You never answer your calls yet you’re quick enough to answer when it’s to do with making a payment! Joke of a company

    One of the worst if not the worst housing association out there can't ever get through on the phone contractors that bodge every job they do never repair correctly in the first place harassment by phone and mail if they can't get into your property and use threats against you like section 16 in the tenancy agreement would be great if I had a tenancy agreement with them but I don't still have a waterloo tenancy 15 years in my property and all they ever do is try and make things difficult for you even down to a simple toilet change took them 3 week to do left without water or a toilet or heating and the next issue was a boiler replacement that took 6 months to sort out left with no hot water or heating all over winter and spring with three children in the home didn't even bother to sort it out any faster customer service there is none rude nasty people if the only reason you are getting 1 star is because there is one genuine lovely chap working there called Wayne who knows how to deal with issues and helps to get them resolved half of your team there need to take note and then maybe you would be a decent company instead of the horrible place that is platform housing

    Very very very bad housing you spend over an hour an a half just to be able to get through to someone. Just for them to send you away. Very very bad I’ve been waiting over a year an a half for windows to be fixed due to the draft. I have electric storage heaters so you can imagine it costs a lot. And my child has been I’ll numerous times due to this housing. I’m not one to say bad things I’d rather keep them to myself but this is beyond a joke

    Clare Summerhayes is the nicest ever in a Housing Group I have ever dealt with in 12years. Emails and 5* communication, bubbly, lovely, legal recommendations, so considerate and helpful. Makes such a huge difference to a stressful situation be a happy exciting move.

    The worst housing association I've EVER come across in my life. Not helpful in the slightest not understanding. They like to just turn up at your property with no warning or email or letter or even a flipping phone call to say there coming and just Demand to come in over a parking space issue complaint. Might I add the person complaining has No car while I myself drive a pip car. I just want to be left in peace so I can take care of my husband who has cancer. Wouldn't recommend them to Anybody EVER THERE THE WORST. Such a vile company as long as there rent is paid that's all they care about nothing else. Platform are TRASH
