When I was there 2011- 2016 it was fine year 7 and year 9 after that it was a total train wreck year 10 and year 11 were very stressfull not because I was complaining or anything but I felt like the way they teached was rubbish because people from the class talk and everything and then people who don't talk have to suffer and then at the end of the year even more worst people were cheating and getting away with everything which actually annoyed me but Tbh it didn't even matter because letters of the alphabet and numbers when you receive the paper mean nothing it's all about college and uni that's where it matters

My daughter was bullied. Had to take it to the police and MP before the school did anything. It was 3 months and no correspondence despite several attempts to contact them

It is a good school and i know because i go there yes there is a minority of students who are badly behaved and yes there is a few communication issues between staff and pupils and their sanctions but it doesnt mean that people can hate on schools that they have never been to. And i just need to clarify that our school has got an outstanding records from ofsted so i would like to congratulate platanos college and i am proud of being a part of that community.
