Update: take closer look at their positive reviews - most of them are fakes!! Different reviewers are reviewing same businesses. Avoid these DROPSHIPPING con artists or you risk your money stolen and you being lied to in most disgusting way. We have bought numerous building supplies online and never had issues until we unfortunately decided to use Plastics Hub. If you were stupid like us and ordered anything from them do not trust single word they say. If you need to return anything use or own courier with tracked and signed for service sending directly to their business address doesn't matter how big the item is. Don't get into their trap when they arrange collection of returned items with the company who they are dropshipping for like eg. items where delivered from and by Eurocell and Plastics Hub arranging collection of return also with Eurocell. Eurocell will collect the items and you will never see your money back. It won't help you if you paid with Paypal as Plastics hub will lie they have not received the items back. Even when you got confirmation from Eurocell that they collected and checked the items and they were all good. They shouldn't be allowed to operate in civilised country. Will go to court if won't get our money back.

Goods delivered - 1 parcel with damage packaging, 1 bag of various items and 3 loose unpacked items. Delivery note was signed. When items un-packed and check against order paid for online one item discovered missing from the 25 ordered items. Contacted Plastics Hub to advise missing item. They advised the delivery note has been signed and confirm these items were delivered. No way was the delivery driver waiting about for everything to be unpacked and checked. This would have been hard for my wife to understand what each individual item was not having any understanding of roofline or guttering products. My advice would be to go one of the many other suppliers online who will be likely more interested in sorting a problem and not leaving a customer with out the goods they paid for. Your website says you have 2/3 working days to repost shortages - why don't you engage when reporting next working day.
