My entire experience was really comfatable. Felt looked after and everything was explained fully the results I got were better than I expected. Everything also felt alot better because the whole team that worked for Dr Ross was really warm and friendly. Ended up with minimal scaring and the after care was brilliant. although its my first ever operation like this and don't have knowone to compare to but I would definitely recommend going with Dr ross

Mr. Ross has undertaken 2 procedures and I have been absolutely delighted with the results of both (eyes/ brow lift and face lift) and the follow up aftercare. During the early initial consultation process he was very honest and upfront about procedures and costings. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering having this surgery . I am delighted with the results which have boosted my confidence and compared with other clinics I inquired about before selecting Mr. Ross I found his pricing reasonable for the work and aftercare involved.

Mis-sold and subsequently given the silent treatment by Dr David Ross on a procedure, with several claims (reversibility, absence of certain side effects and changes) which have since turned out to be demonstrably false. Secondly, attempts were made to steer me away from actual corrective surgery elsewhere. If something does go awry following your procedure, expect to be billed at the usual £20+ a minute for future interactions, and much more for any experimental solutions offered. In this way, the Surgery actively profits from failure - and are incentivised to continue mis-selling and providing substandard services.
