    I relocated to my childhood home following 27 years in Australia. Upon arrival I noticed my parents home had not been maintained over the years due to ill health. I felt really hurt seeing the once beautifully crafted moulding pieces in a lesser desired state. I found PMD through an Instagram hashtag; I was immediately drawn in by detailing on their pieces. I contacted the company and was dealing with Mary. I had a vision in mind which Mary bought to life. Using a combination of photos from my childhood to visualise the moulding pieces that were lacking their once details. Mary kept me informed with the status of my orders, admittedly I did change a few things along the way, but Mary worked with me to create the finalised pieces. My orders were remarkably packaged to ensure safe arrival. The detailing PMD put into their work is the best you will find. I would highly recommend this company for any moulding purposes. I cannot thank you enough!

    Seems to be a fraudulently trading company. Placed an order in April and after 2 months still no status updates and when I asked for a refund after a month of getting the runaround treatment, they claimed I couldn’t be refunded because they had already made it to order but literally 0 communication despite multiple calls and emails. Quite a bit of money down the drain now! Best avoid!

    Really disappointing experience with this company. There were various issues with delivery which led to the covig being delivered after a month rather than 5 days. Then when I got them out to fit them up they all pretty well warped. When I spoke to the company I was treated to sarcasm "well obviously your walls are all perfectly straight so you'd know how warped they are" and also miss information "there are wooden laths in there that bow to the shape of the room" - I've cut through one of them and there is fibrous material but no wood. The call was ended not by me and at the end of a statement from the person on the other line and felt very much like hanging up. Pretty poor service in all really wish we'd not spent £350 odd pounds with this company.

    Extremely professional company. The cornice we ordered was absolutely outstanding, the guys who fitted it even commented on the high quality and how well it was made. We had The cornice matched to the same in our kitchen due to a leak we had damage. Stewart made it so easy for us we literally sent them a picture via watts app and we had the final product delivered within two weeks. I could not recommended these guys enough- I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

    I am delighted with my beautiful cornicing. I was particularly attracted to it because the mould was taken from a old original cornice which fitted with the original existing ceiling rose. Stewart was very helpful and managed to secure transport for the cornice from London to Scotland saving me quite a bit of money rather than using a Scottish cornice company selling a similar product. The only thing was the measurements on the webpage were larger than what I received. Luckily enough my cornicer made do with what we had. All in all I am delighted with the finish product and the great price. Adele

    After ordering two large corbels for a contract i was working on, I emailed them for details of the progress and the customer service was excellent, I was told exactly how long I had to wait for them to dry and then they were shipped out to me by DHL, and due to no fault of Plaster Mouldings Direct one of the corbels was cracked due to DHL handling as the corbels had been wrapped extremely well in layers and layers of bubble wrap and only some serious 'falling off the back of a lorry issue' could have cracked the corbels, I discussed this with Stewart at Plaster Mouldings Direct and he made me another one the following day and knowing I was on a tight finishing date, it was driven over 150 miles direct to my house and delivered in person so I could fulfil my commitments to my client. What a fabulous company, I will definitely be using these guys again, great products, hand made and the best customer service Ive ever come across. Well done Plaster Mouldings Direct

    Terrible experience, I have lost over £300 to this company, they took 5 weeks to deliver two broken ceiling bands then refused to refund me. This company sent the ceiling bands for overnight shipping by parcel force which took 5 DAYS. By the time the parcel arrived it was broken and unsalvageable. PMD said they would send it again via overnight DHL, but they didn't and sent via parcel force, it again arrived broken. I am now taking this company to court to recoup my money, avoid, avoid, avoid everyone. Regarding the response from the Liar below, as you can clearly see from the photos below both mouldings were damaged and unusable, I threw the 1st one in the bin as you said you were sending a 2nd one via DHL, which you didn't again it was crushed in the post. You then said you would only refund me if sent them both back. Obviously the first one went in the bin and at the time you never said anything about returning the first one. I still have the 2nd one, so tell me what is the point of returning the 2nd when you would only agree to refund half the amount I paid anyway. As long as everyone can see what a terrible company you are, im satisfied!!!!

    Overall I'm very pleased with the product and experience. We ordered plaster coving for our bedroom and ensuite renovation in February. I paid via PayPal and got order acknowledgement by email quickly. I didn't get an order confirmation, but I asked for confirmation via email and received a reply very quickly. There were a couple of issues with stock and courier pickups but again, every time I emailed to enquire about the status of the order I got a very quick and reassuring response and the coving was delivered by courier to our address in perfect condition. The coving is very high quality and reasonably priced. The labourer we had in to fit it commented on how nice it was as well. The finish is really excellent and it's a great addition to our room. I will certainly be ordering coving from here again.
