Brown Dog Properties Ltd
Placed an order in February and was told the item was not in stock but I was happy to wait. Told in April that the coving was now in stock but they couldn’t give any date for delivery as they very rarely come to my part of the country (not clear on the website). Asked for a refund which they took almost a week to even process and 14 days later I’m still waiting for my money which they’ve had since February. Apparently it takes up up to 21 days to issue a refund, never had that from any other supplier?? Not had any sort of apology at any any stage, would avoid if you can.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Keagan who was knowledgable and very helpful in taking our order. He helped with making a great suggestion in slightly reducing the coving size for the smaller bathroom which fits better with its size and allowed the deliver date to be brought forward as all of the order could be delivered out of the available stock, good thinking. The communication was clear and backed by email. We needed to change one size of a ceiling rose and this was done efficiently with no fuss and a refund made. I'm sorry to say that I can't remember the delivery drivers name to personally thank him for his kindness and care in delivering our order on time and carefully placing the coving and ceiling roses ready for our builder to do his work. I basically scoured GB looking for a very specific design of coving to suit quite a low ceiling. Other companies were asking an exorbitant price per metre, and an unacceptable cost for delivery (from £180 -£400). I came across Plaster Coving Ltd and they not only had a brilliant range of coving, but an extremely reasonable price to deliver ( from Scarborough to South Cheshire )The standard of service from the lady answering the phone through to completion was excellent. The order was taken on the Saturday before a bank holiday, and delivered mid morning on the following Wednesday. Karl the driver was polite, friendly and totally helpful. He carried everything through and could not have been more concerned that I was totally satisfied with the service. It's my pleasure to write a 5* review and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended. Thank you.
