Excellent service from the lady over the phone, asked for a delivery which was outside the florist trading hours, they went the extra mile to have the flowers delivered to a friend which lives locally. The occasion of flowers I ordered was £150 with delivery fee and extras came to about £156. Although I have not seen the actual flowers myself regarding the size/quality/quantity….from the pictures I have received looks very nice and fresh. Therefore I have given a 4 stars review…I’m sure it will hit 5 stars if I had seen the flowers myself. For sure would use Plantwise again.

Ordered a wreath in a particular design which was delivered but was not made as I had specified and agreed at the time of ordering. A malfunction of a product used on the wreath was given as the excuse for not being able to supply the wreath as I had specified, but I was not made aware of this and only found out when the wreath arrived for the funeral!! I then subsequently contacted this florist to express my disappointment with the outcome. Florist claimed it was 'too late' to do anything about the problem by the time they came to make up the wreath. My feeling is that any equipment to be used in the make up of these special type of wreaths should surely be checked prior to use to make sure everything is ok.

Sue and Jason who run this family business are absolutely brilliant and provide a professional and caring service. I ordered a 'Santa Baby' Christmas floral surprise for my Auntie on Saturday, was delivered at midday on Monday morning. My Auntie was over the moon with her delivery, said the flowers were the most beautiful arrangement She has ever had that took her breath away. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. From a very satisfied delighted Niece.
