I’m long time costumer and i’m disappointed about this! I’ve drive 3 times on they’re place and keep told me that the floor it’s not in stock and over phone told me that it’s in stock. And when I’ve requested to deliver to my place and advised them that I will need in the morning they delivered at 12:30!!!! Poorly services in the last times.

Was recommended Planners to go to and get what I needed. I have to say the customer service there by the staff is amazing. I was served by a guy called Paul who was very helpful. He gave me a box samples to take home to try out so I could make the right decision. Polite, friendly and they know their stuff!! Definitely going back again as well as recommending them to others.
