Planks service supplying and laying flooring at our home has been poor to say the least. We have been left damaged floor boards, and a floor not that has not been finished properly. They have refused to stand by either their goods or work, neither will they remedy any of the various defects. Sadly what we took to be a friendly, locally based and helpful family business has proven to be anything but. Based on our experience we will never use them again.
