Good fireplace, good customer service, however their delivery time is unpredictable and the timeframe suggested went out of the window. I have placed my order in January with delivery time 6-8 weeks and 10 weeks later it is still not received in full.

In response to your reply: 1. I was advised the article has been in your UK warehouse since the beginning of last week so this seems not to be a Brexit issue. 2. Why do you promise me after each call that your warehouse manager will call me and it never happens? 3. No one has offered me the shipping cost back but I would be pleased to receive it. This is good news. Please let me know when that will happen. 4. And finally I’m still waiting for delivery which is scheduled for 1-2pm today. It’s now 2:30pm and no one has called me. I called the warehouse number again and of course no one answers. Rather than be frustrated with your review, I suggest you sort out your issues for the good of your customers.

I purchased a Planika fireplace, just before Christmas. I wanted a wood burning fireplace, but unfortunately, my chimney flue is blocked. I was a little nervous about buying a Planika fireplace, as I didn't want something that looked artificial or tacky. I was reassured by Planika that this wouldn't be the case with their fireplace. I love my fireplace! I purchased a basket logs fireplace and the technology is fantastic. It has a real flame, and technology which creates the look of real embers, that glisten in the firelight. It's so relaxing on a cold evening to sit and stare into the flames. I am really happy with my purchase.
